A 39-year-old Minnetonka man has been charged with drugging a woman he met over the Internet and then met for drinks, slipping drugs into her energy drink and then raping her as she slept.
Mark Thomas Fleischman was charged Wednesday with three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and remained jailed Thursday afternoon on $150,000 bail.
